From the airport ‘Brussels National Airport' (Zaventem):

 

•  By train:
Form 'Brussels Airport' there is a
train connection to the train station ‘Brussel-Centraal / Bruxelles-Centralevery 20 minutes. This train connection will bring you to the center of Brussels in 15-20 minutes.

You will need to get off at train station 'Brussel-Centraal/Bruxelles-Central
’ and take the tram further to the BELSPO offices. Leaving the train station, you best take the exit ‘Gallery Ravenstein as you will have a good tram connection at the tram stop ‘Paleizen’. This tram stop is located on the other side of the gallery, in front of the ‘Warandepark’. If you take the exit ‘Gallery Ravenstein’ at the train station it will take you approximately 5-10 minutes on foot to reach the tram stop ‘Paleizenwhere you have to take the tram number 94. When you leave the train station via the gallery, you will have to corss the street 'Rue Ravenstein' and take the stairs to get to the street 'Rue Royal' where you will then find the tram stop 'Paleizen' just on your right. A more detailed map on how to get from the train station to the tram stop  on foot can be find below.
You will have to get off at the tram stop ‘Bailli/Baljuw’ or ‘Vleurgat. The offices of BELSPO are located in between these 2 stops. It will take you about 5 minutes on foot from the tram stop to the Louizalaan 231.

•  By taxi: 
There are taxi's available in front of the arrivals hall of Brussels National Airport. By taxi it will take you approximately 40 minutes to get you from the airport to the offices of BELSPO. 

 

 

 From the train station ‘Brussel-Centraal/Bruxelles-Central:

 

•  By tram:
Arriving at the train station, you can best leave via the
exit ‘Gallery Ravensteinas it is located the closest to the tram stop ‘Paleizen’ where you will have to take the tram to the BELSPO offices. 
The tram stop ‘
Paleizen’ is located on the other side of the gallery, in front of the ‘Warandepark’. If you take the exit ‘Gallery Ravenstein’ it will take you approximately 5-10 minutes on foot to reach the tram stop ‘Paleizenwhere you have to take the tram number 94. When you leave the train station via the gallery, you will have to cross the street 'Rue Ravenstein' and take the stairs to get to the street 'Rue Royal' where you will find the tram stop 'Paleizen' just on you right.
